How much is Council Tax?
The amount of Council Tax you have to pay depends on which property band your home is in. Your bill will be adjusted if you qualify for any of the Council Tax discounts or exemptions. The Council Tax band assigned to your property is based on the property's market value as at 1 April 1991.
If you don't know which band your property is in you can find your property's Council Tax band on GOV.UK.
